ship to most international destinations
PROCESSING
& TIME
Orders are
processed usually within 7 working days except weekends and Japanese
national holidays. There may be sometimes a backlog occurring
after holidays, staff absence, or when there is a very busy
period. We will always ship as soon as possible. Thank you for
your understanding.
Once processed,
Packages normally take about 10 - 15 working days to USA AND
EUROPE. About 7-10 DAYS TO ASIA (3 DAYS WITHIN JAPAN.) However,
for many reasons, mail can occasionally be delayed in the Post
office or at Customs especially when security is high, and may
take up to 30 business days to arrive. These are circumstances
beyond our control.
Orders are
sent Registered Airmail Japan Post. YOUR
PACKAGES MUST BE SIGNED FOR UPON RECEIPT. ALL PACKAGES MUST DELIVER
TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON THE INVOICE. PACKAGES CANNOT BE
LEFT AT THE DOOR UNSIGNED, OR AT AN ALTERNATE SHIPPING ADDRESS.
Packages that
are returned to us as 'undeliverable mail' or 'returned to sender'
will be cancelled and ryou will be refunded for the products.
The shipping
costs are not refundable.
If your package
has not arrived within a reasonable amount of time, please contact
us,- After
you have checked with your local post office - to see if it is being held there.
Shipping costs are very reasonable
for international
orders and
are calculated by the dollar amount of the total cost of the order.
